The workshop

Explore the foundations of Tai Chi and pressure point techniques in this one-day stand alone workshop with Djazia, offered at 3 separate locations. You’ll take home a self-care practice that you can perform on your own whenever you need tension relief. We’ll learn an original Tai Chi form that consists of 8 movements and how to activate key pressure points of your body. This is a gentle and slow flowing practice that stretches the ligaments, muscles, and organs to promote energy flow.

 

No experience is necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your yoga mat.
